Women's Health and Wellness

5 Elements offers a preventative and integrative approach to women’s health and wellness with a focus on disease prevention, healthy lifestyles and a healthy relationship with our bodies. Our complementary approach follows recommended treatment and diagnostic guidelines to educate and empower women to make healthy choices and be involved in health care decision making. We encourage annual well women’s exams which include a full review of health history and full annual physical exam with Pap and HPV testing in accordance with recommended guidelines.
